Final registration dates for Contact Centre Operations
The final registration date for Levels 2 and 3 NVQ Contact Centre Operations is July 31st 2011, please ensure learner registrations are submitted to Skillsfirst by July 28th 2011, to ensure they are processed prior to final registration date. The Skillsfirst qualification numbers are:
CC02 Level 2 NVQ in Contact Centre Operations
CC03 Level 3 NVQ for Contact Centre Professionals
