Qualification summary
The VTCT (Skillsfirst) Level 1 Award in Behaviours, Attitudes and Attributes Required for Employment (RQF) has been designed to enable learners to gain an understanding of the behaviours, attitudes and attributes required for employment and to produce an action plan to develop themselves to meet those requirements. It is aimed at those learners who are looking to enter employment or to embark onto an Apprenticeship programme. It could also be used to assist learners to develop an individual learning plan (ILP).
On completion of this qualification, you may progress into further learning, employment or onto Skillsfirst vocationally-based qualifications, such as the:
- Level 1 Certificate in Skills for Employment (RQF)
- Level 1 Certificate in Developing Employability Skills (RQF)
