Fraser Ingham
Chief Business Development Officer
Fraser has been working for awarding organisations for more than 17 years, both in the vocational and general qualification sectors. This included six years as a Customer Relationship Manager for City & Guilds and three years as a Senior Manager within the Operations Division of OCR. During this time he set up and established a new team to support the exams office function within schools and colleges.
Fraser has worked as Sales & Marketing Director for Skillsfirst Awards since January 2010, using his expertise and experience to build an excellent team and create a regulated awarding organisation that is focused on quality, service, innovation and partnerships.
In 2017 Skillsfirst Assess, an end-point assessment organisation built on the same ethos as the awarding business was established, with a focus on the health and social care and business-related sectors.
In addition to Skillsfirst, Fraser has served as a School Governor at a secondary school and was an advisory board member for Youth Employment UK.
Outside work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing and watching golf and football and songwriting.
