I have been working within the skills and education sector for a number of years, working for an independent training provider, understanding the delivery of apprenticeships, bespoke training courses and the wonderful world of funding, through to placing the right people in organisations and the impact that has on a business and their learners.
I feel very lucky to now work at Skillsfirst and see the full cycle of a learners journey from the development of the qualification through to the certification on completion.
I studied Psychology and Marketing at University, and have over 20 years experience of sales and business development at a senior level.
Outside of work I enjoy being with my family and friends. I love holidays, travel and experiencing new things.
