At Skillsfirst, we understand how important it is for you to receive a first class service. This philosophy is shared throughout the Skillsfirst team, every employee is charged with not only meeting, but exceeding customer expectations at every interaction. We believe, having employees who are fully involved with and committed to our customers is essential in providing you with the service you deserve. We aim to always exceed our customers’ expectations, however we do recognise that there will be times when our customers may feel the need to complain, our complaints policy is aimed at all Skillsfirst’s customers and others who use our services, or with whom we come into contact, this includes centres, learners, and members of the public.
