Qualification summary

This qualification has been designed for those learners who are in roles where they are required to coach members of their team and/or others within DHL. Although this qualification is seen as an ‘add-on’ to leadership, supervisory and management competence, it is a beneficial ‘stand-alone’ qualification in its own right

The knowledge and skills developed within this qualification will enable learners to gain an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a performance coach and DHL performance coaching principles. They will then apply these skills, knowledge and understanding to demonstrate effective workplace performance coaching, as well as the effective use of motivational and developmental feedback.

Restricted use

This qualification is restrictive to DHL as it contains commercially sensitive information. Supporting documentation is restricted to DHL staff members on request.

Learners must achieve all 3 modules from Group M.
