Qualification summary

This qualification has been designed for those learners who are in a leadership role within DHL and forms the foundation for further progression within the DHL supervisory and management structure.

The knowledge and skills developed within this qualification will enable learners to gain an understanding of DHL teamwork and DHL leadership principles. They will then apply these skills, knowledge and understanding to their work team and work activities to prove competence.

Restricted use

This qualification is restrictive to DHL as it contains commercially sensitive information. Supporting documentation is restricted to DHL staff members on request.

Learners must achieve all 3 modules from Group M.
