Qualification summary
This knowledge qualification is aimed at the recruitment executive who has experience of working in the recruitment industry and is seeking to progress in their career.
Learners who achieve this qualification will be able to progress onto qualifications such as the:
- VTCT (Skillsfirst) Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment (RQF)
- VTCT (Skillsfirst) Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management (RQF)
As well as progression to further qualifications, learners may also progress to employment in a wide range of recruitment roles as this qualification provides evidence of achievement of a range of management skills, understanding and knowledge in a range of Recruitment environments.
